I am embarking on the fast diet, 5:2 or intermittent fasting, whatever you want to call it. In order to get me through this time and to document the progress I thought I’d try and write my thoughts down in the form of a blog.
So, I bought the book by Michael Moseley and Mimi Spencer, the best-seller. It’s a good read and has some really excellent meal suggestions.

I will set up a progress chart as I go along. I would be interested to hear from anyone who is doing this at the moment.
I have 10kg to lose, am pretty active (I exercise 5-6 times a week) and VERY determined. 🙂
